How it works
The device does not arrive tied to one operator. The IoT SIM inside it can reach the networks of every partner operator in a country and picks whichever gives the strongest signal at that moment — so the connection holds even where an ordinary card would drop out.
- the SIM is already in the device and the subscription is included — there is no separate contract with an operator
- crossing a border needs no action at all: the network changes on its own
- there is no additional roaming charge in any of the countries listed
- if there is no network for a while, the device stores the data and sends it as soon as the connection returns
- the same coverage applies to the personal trackers and to the units with their own battery

Do I need to change anything before travelling abroad?
No. The device picks its network as soon as it crosses the border. Tracking continues without any action.
What happens if a vehicle enters an area with no signal?
The device stores the data in its own memory and sends it as soon as the connection is back, so there is no gap in the route history.
Can I use my own SIM card?
Devices ship with our IoT card, because it reaches every network in a country rather than just one. That is why tracking keeps working where an ordinary card would lose signal.
